A high volume low pressure Opco spray system combined with over 20 years
experience in the field of finishing allows Total Laminate Systems to
offer a full range of professional finishes to any wood based product.
We are able to other a full range of colour matching to BS, RAL or customers
individual requirements. All products can either be sealed with a high
solids pre catalyst lacquer or an acid catalyst lacquer (A/C).
Our quality is of the highest standard within the industry
and one which we pride ourselves on.
One example of the sprayed finishes we offer, is our own Polyguard system.
 Polyguard
Polyguard is a sprayable elastomer system incorporating an amine based
polyol, which therefore makes it a polyurea. The material is sprayed through
a dispensing system design specially to cope with the 100% solids material.
Polyguard does not contain any solvents and curing takes place internally
as opposed to traditional urethanes or coatings which require evaporation
of solvent to dry. This material has a great advantage over its rivals
in that it is environmentally friendly.
