quality of bond is independently tested by our supplier of glue to the
edge banding lines at regular intervals.
Typical results demonstrate our edged panels exceed FIRA standard BS6950
par 3 1991.
What are the edging options
Melamine to match our melamine boards. High-pressure laminate. PVC 2mm
and 3mm thick available in colours, woodgrain effect and multiplex 3D
designs. Timber edging available in a wide choice of hardwoods up to 20mm
thick.
KR 78 Line
Our largest line with automatic panel return to operator. Produces laminate,
PVC and timber edged work.
KL73 line
The KL73 is the main melamine edging line which features automatic stacking
of panels for despatch.
We also operate a further 5 edge banding machines, two of which are dedicated
to curving.
